General Conditions: The promotion period will begin December 29th, 2020 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time and ends on January 4th, 2021 by 12:00 pm Eastern Time.
All electronic entries are subject to verification by contest organizers. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will automatically be rejected and will not be eligible to win a prize. If such an entry is drawn, the organizers will draw another entry. All of the organizers’ decisions are final. Prize will be awarded “as is” and may not be transferred, substituted for other prizes, or exchanged as a whole or in part for money.
If, for uncontrollable reasons not related to the winner, contest organizers are unable to award a prize as described in these rules and regulations, they reserve the right to award another prize of equivalent nature and value or, at their complete discretion, to award the cash value of the prize. Winners have 3 days from the date they are selected to claim this prize. The prize is reallocated or re-drawn after 3 days and will no longer be available.
The contest organizers will cover all shipping and handling fees. Delivery times will vary but products usually ship 3-5 business days after the prize is claimed. In order to claim a prize in a competition, the winner must: (i) be eligible to enter under the eligibility rules; (ii) be announced by the contest organizer as the winner of that prize online through social media platforms or any other means determined by the contest organizers; (iii) not be prohibited by any rule of law from using or otherwise enjoying the prize for which he or she has been announced as the winner; and (iv) demonstrate to the contest organizer’s satisfaction that he or she is the winner of the prize, and if necessary prove that he or she is not prohibited from using or otherwise enjoying the prize (for example, providing valid photo-identification such as a driver’s licence or passport, or signing a declaration to that effect).
By entering this contest, the winner releases the contest organizers as well as the people for whom the contest is organized from all liabilities as to damages they may incur following the acceptance and use of their prize, and agree to sign a waiver to that effect if required, before taking possession of their prize. By entering the contest, the winners consent to the use without payment of their name and/or photograph for any publicity, advertising or promotion carried out by the contest organizers or any other means determined by the contest organizers.
The contest organizers are not liable for any defective computer component, software or any other communication device related to the loss or absence of network communication or related to transmissions that are defective, incomplete, illegible or erased by any computer or network, and that could limit the possibility of or prevent any person from entering the contest. The contest organizers are not liable for any damage or loss that could be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by downloading any software or form and transmitting any information for the purpose of entering this contest.
